Story League at ZestFest Sept. 21 and 28

Story League is partnering with Pink Line Project to present two lunchtime story shows at ZestFest, on Wednesday, September 17 from noon to 1 PM and Wednesday, September 28, same time, at First Street Lawn (1st St. and M St. NE, 1 block from New York Avenue Metro [Red Line]). FREE!

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21:

Jennifer Luu, who has told stories for SpeakeasyDC, Better Said Than Done, Fan-Freaking-Tastic and Story League

Renata Lana, an alum of SpeakeasyDC's storytelling classes who has told stories at their Open Mic and currently runs their story salon

Derek Hills, another veteran of SpeakeasyDC, Fan-Freaking-Tastic and Story League

Hillary Buckholtz, comedian, editor of the I'm Remembering blog; was featured in Story League's Encore, Encore! show in August and produces a series called Show & Tell

Clare Kelley, who recently presented the story show "Poptails and Pop Tales" at The Dunes in Columbia Heights

Amy Couchoud, producer of e-Geaux (beta) at Capital Fringe and teacher for SpeakeasyDC

Natalie Weinstein, another SpeakeasyDC Open Mic alum, is of the performers in Story League's 10/13 show "Other People's Stories" at Busboys & Poets

Diane Ivey, who has performed with Mortified Chicago and Mortified DC (which has a show 10/6 at Town Danceboutique) as well as Fan-Freaking-Tastic and Story League

Vijai Nathan, popular comedian, storyteller, story teacher, producer and so much more
